Each ASC staff member is required to affirm and exercise
a personal commitment to quality. We believe it is important
for our claims management personnel to remain well informed
and current on new industry developments. These individuals
maintain their proficiency through ongoing training and
participation in industry and professional groups. The
result is collective corporate claims knowledge to which
our clients have direct access.
The corporation assumes the cost of work-related
courses and professional designations. Employees are recognized
and rewarded for their achievements.
Complementing the corporation’s commitment
to continuing education, ASC's quality and professional
standards staff conducts on-site training several times
annually to ensure the claims staff remains current on
changes in legislation or claims techniques. Training is
also outsourced when appropriate.
This combination of continuing education
and professional involvement keeps our staff current on
the latest advances in technology and procedures.
