Each ASC staff member is required to exercise a personal commitment to quality. Formal reviews are conducted on all staff members annually. Supervisors and managers perform regular audits and ongoing quality control to ensure delivery of superior service. Adherence to quality standards is confirmed through random electronic claim audits and annual on-site audits.
