ASC’s dedicated technical staff provides production support to accommodate client needs. Staff members are responsible for training, system outputs, field office support, client support, and methods and procedure guidelines. On-site support is available for system operations, hardware, and training. Telephone support is available on a daily basis.

In addition to a broad background in the information technology field, ASC’s technical professionals have undergone extensive training in the configuration and usage of the claims system. A thorough knowledge of the system’s technical aspects enables them to anticipate potential problems and apply solutions in a timely manner.
