Staff
ASC’s dedicated technical staff provides production
support to accommodate client needs. Staff members are responsible
for training, system outputs, field office support, client
support, and methods and procedure guidelines. On-site support
is available for system operations, hardware, and training.
Telephone support is available on a daily basis.
In addition
to a broad background in the information technology field,
ASC’s technical professionals have undergone extensive
training in the configuration and usage of the claims system.
A thorough knowledge of the system’s technical aspects
enables them to anticipate potential problems and apply solutions
in a timely manner. Expert technical support, combined with
the creativity and flexibility of the system’s user-friendly
operation, provides clients with a wide variety of options
to meet their individual requirements.
