Access
CS STARS’ contains a feature that provides for internet-enabled
on-line access to claims data. Clients are able to view detailed
claims information, including demographics, payments, reserves,
diaries, adjusters’ notes, legal information, and much
more. An intricate security module prevents access by unauthorized
personnel. To access the system, the user simply connects
to the internet locally and views claims data from any location.
The system is real-time. Electronically accessed data are
available immediately upon being entered into the system.
